Product Design and Development
Design Concept and TechPack Creation : Developing detailed design concepts and technical packages (Tech Packs) from customer ideas or sketches. These include all specific garment details such as measurements, materials, and sewing instructions.

☑️ Pattern Making: Creating precise patterns for each garment part, which is crucial for accurate fitting and production.

☑️ Sampling: Producing samples in various stages, including proto samples, fit samples, sales samples, and production samples. This process ensures design and fit accuracy and obtains customer approval.
Sourcing Raw Materials
Fabric Sourcing: Sourcing fabrics of the right quality and price according to customer requirements. This involves selecting various types of fabrics from local and international markets, negotiating with suppliers, and quality control.

☑️ Trims & Accessories Sourcing: Sourcing necessary trims and accessories such as buttons, zippers, threads, labels, elastic, etc.
Production
Cutting: Cutting fabrics according to precise patterns, ensuring accurate production. Modern factories use computer-controlled cutting machines.

☑️ Sewing: Assembling the cut pieces by sewing them together to create the garment. This stage utilizes various types of sewing machines and skilled operators.

☑️ Washing: For certain garments (e.g., jeans), specific washing processes are applied to alter the fabric color, texture, and appearance.

☑️ Finishing: Performing the final touches on garments, such as trimming excess threads, ironing, folding, and correcting other minor imperfections.
Quality Control
In-line Inspection: Checking product quality at every stage of production.

☑️ Final Inspection: Conducting a final quality check of finished goods before shipment to ensure no defective products reach the customer.
Packaging
Packaging: Properly packing garments in poly bags or cartons to prevent damage during transit. Branding and labeling are also done at this stage.
Shipping
Logistics & Shipping: Arranging transportation and logistics to deliver finished products from the factory to the customer's designated destination. This includes documentation, customs clearance, etc.
